Vinyasa Yoga
Create a flowing and energising experience
Just like hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga also works with the body and breath, however this style of yoga links one asana to the next, creating a flowing sequence of postures. The nature of Vinyasa flow means it is typically a more dynamic practice than hatha, as each posture tends to be held for a shorter time in order to work through the cycle of arriving in a posture and moving onto the next. The sequence is often repeated throughout the class with the addition of variations and options to include more challenging postures into the sequence. Vinyasa is often favoured by those who enjoy a creative and explorational style which can be elaborated upon or improvised.
