About me

Yoga & Dance teacher (North London),
Member of Yoga Alliance Professionals

Following a career in dance in the UK and abroad, upon ‘settling down’ I decided to channel my passion for expression through movement into my yoga practice. Becoming a mum really challenged me to think about the direction I wanted to go in, and with a strong pre existing understanding of anatomy and experience of teaching dance and barre I decided to complete a 300 hour YAP teacher training at Yoga Kula.

I believe that every individual will have a different yoga practice based on their own body with its own natural facility and limitations. I encourage creativity and as such my classes tend to be vinyasa based, with emphasis on the flow of movement and playful choreography . I am also qualified to teach hatha, ashtanga, yin and resorative, all of which influence my teaching.
